TERENGGANU'S LOCAL DISHES






During my  study in terengganu, I have try a lot of terengganu's local dishes like nasi berlauk, nasi lemak and nasi kerabu. There is laksam, laksa terengganu, otak-otak, sata, ketupat sotong and kerepok lekor.
 
  That day when i come back to terengganu for convocation , my friend bring terengganu's local dishes for me . It also known as "sotong sumbat" and "pulut sotong".it made from glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk. The glutinous rice is cooked with coconut milk before squid stuffed into.
